This individual consultation is available either in person or online. Our work together begins with two sessions. The first session, lasting 60 to 90 minutes, focuses on clarifying your health goals and reviewing your personal health history. The second session, 30 to 60 minutes in length, is a follow-up based on what we discovered in the initial visit. During this appointment, you will receive educational resources along with highly personalized dietary, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations tailored specifically to you, so you can move forward with a clear, practical plan for your well-being
In this follow-up consultation, we reconnect to review how you have been doing with your highly personalized dietary, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations. Together, we explore what is working well, what feels challenging, and any changes in your symptoms, routine, or health goals since our last visit. This 30- to 60-minute session is an opportunity to ask questions, refine your plan, and receive additional education and resources so you can continue moving forward with a clear, practical, and sustainable path for your well-being.

Mama D Holistic Wellness and Apothecary LLC was created in August 2024 by clinical herbalist Destinie Arguello, whose heart for families and love of plants shape everything she does. Drawing on her nursing science background and Western Herbalism training from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Destinie offers gentle, personalized herbal consultations—both in-person and online—to support you and your loved ones in feeling your best, naturally.
